I tried this rubber, when looking for replacement of Tackiness Chop 2, but only available in 2.15 mm.
I have it shaved to 2.0 mm, and voila,
I can chop any ball with it, and the return flat but spinny.
One problem though, the launch very low for spinny rubber.
I expect 60 deg closed face to keep the ball low at looping, here I only need 25 deg
