I pair this FH: Hurricane 3 mid hardness. BH: H3Neo. Initially I apply a seal by Xiom Water-based product : I-SURE by XIOM. Its is a water based protector.
Previously I seal my Limba blades like DHS PG7, and DONIC 2016 Waldner Offensive . But for koto( i believe) top veneers in Stiga OC, it does not glue well to the rubber. I had to sand paper it down and remove the water based protector as recommended by my coach.

Like this blade very much. I have the WRB handle but the older model. Very good touch for the ball. Speed is also enough if you are playing faster hard or medium hard rubbers, and playing lower level league. The flared handle is perfect.

I came randomly to this blade, but when I was playing it first time I already could say that it's just a really good rounded blade. It gives a just comfortable feedback to your hand what gives you nice control for receiving serves or also controling very well positioning and the spin what you want to give your ball. Afterall you have to consider that this nice piece was designed quite a while ago, 1976 if im not wrong. And for modern standarts it is not an offensive blade anymore. It is more an All or All+. With it you can play every stroke with a good quality but it will not provide you with "the killer topspin" so shot. The spins and shots will really lack a bit of speed when it would be necessary to end a point through speed. Also you really have to put more effort in , if you want to give the ball a higher bounce angle, the balls are flying really flat. I think it is a perfect bladed for starters or people who like just to bring a fcking lot of balls back to the table

I have used this blade for about six months now and its a decent blade. Although there are better allowed blades like Donic Burn OFF. If you have a couple extra bucks then definitely go for Donic Burn Off. If you do purchase this blade make sure you put on some hard rubbers because the blade is not that fast. I tried Xiom vega Europe and it wasn't that good of a combination. Lifting underpin is really easy and so is blocking. Smashing is fabulous. I use this bald e with sonic blue fire m1 and this isn't that bad of a combination. However it is a head heavy combination.

I have always been a fan of the Stiga allround Classic which was one of my first blades that I started out with. I have actually never had the chance to try out the Stiga Offensive Classic before yesterday. I used it together with Airoc M on backhand and Tenergy 05 on forehand.

First of all I think this blade also got a nice feel, you can really feel the ball hitting the blade. The control was great and of course it was a little faster compared to the Allround classic. It was fast but not to fast, I would say off to off-. I liked it very much in my returns where I got a good connection with the ball and could together with the rubbers get really good controlled returns. I felt stabile in my block and I got a good pressure on my opponent.

I tried it with both the old and the new ball. This blade should work fine if you like the Allround classic but want a little more speed. Even if this blade suited my game style I'm still to happy with my Carbonado 190 so I won't do any changes. Someone knows when the Allround classic was released?

I've been playing with this blade since 95 or 96 aproximately. Is the regular one, not WRB.

First of all I've to say my wood is from 90's, now I think this model isn't hand made, whatever the actual Stiga OC wood aren't as good as the old ones. If some one are interested I give you some good alternatives similar to the old one.

It's a OFF- blade, it's elastic, thin blade of 5 plys (koto-spruce-ayous-spruce-koto). The blade have a good control, ideal for the short game, and allow a good curve trajectories on topspin. It's a good off- wood for an allround-ofensive game, but not so ofensive since speed glue was banished.

From my experience with this blade and the new rubbers, the rubbers that best fit on it it's the medium or soft rubbers (I don't get good feeling with hard ones on it).

If you used to play with this or you are interested I think today are similar blades but maybe more adapted to the new kind of playing style.

The most similar blade I've found its Avalox P5, indeed I think it's a copy of the old one. The composition and proportions are the same, but it's maybe a little more hard than the old stigas.

Yasaka Ma Lin Extra is also in the same direction, not the same blade, more sweet spot and more consistency but similar feelings.

Waldner Dicon it's more rigid and fast but I think if you like this blade and want to try something similar but faster it's a good option.

There is also other blades like Nittaku ANV (discontinued) or some DHS (sorry I don't remember the name) that has the same or very similar composition but they are more thick.
