Item details

The combination of precious plywood with its extra strong middle layer guarantees a better ball resilience with more control. Even in passive situations the player can switch into an offensive game to counter the adversary’s fast balls. Aggressive block balls can be realised with the Samsonov Alpha.

Pros
  • Great control ,
  • 6.5/10 feel
  • Cheap
Cons
  • Slow
I used this with h3 neo Commercial with 2.15mm sponge for forehand. I dont know whether its the blade or the rubber , but this is really slow. Around all+

However, the amazing control made up for it. But i am kind of disappointed in the feeling. It didnt match my expectations as its dwell time was just slightly above average.

Also, it is very light . this may be bad or good to some people

Overall Good value for money

Pros
  • Great control and feeling
Cons
  • Lacks speed far from table
  • Small head size
Using this combined with Nimbus Sound (really soft) on FH and Primus on BH.

Blade offers a lot of control and feeling, especially in blocking or looping near table. Speed is perfect for me as a near-table offensive player, but you have to work hard when playing topspin far away from the table.
Overall a very nice blade for allround to offensive players.
