As much as I love Timo Boll, I think if both players are playing at the top of their game Ovtcharov will come out on top. He has the advantage of youth and power, and so when he's in good form I think he can beat Boll.

EDIT: Unfortunately Dimitrij Ovtcharov has injured himself and must pull out of the championships: He has developed a groin injury and has had to withdraw. (Source: Tischtennis.de)

I must of course revise my prediction to Timo Boll taking the final.
