- You practice a lot of forehand loop with footwork, every thought of practising backhand loop with footwork?
- Bend the waist a bit, bend the legs a bit(just a bit compared with hitting backspin)
- Direction more forward instead of upward
- Use shuffle step to move to the left
- Before hitting the ball, legs should be already firm on the ground at the same time, hand/gesture should be in ready position
- Practice from right to left is enough (assuming right-hander)
