View Full Version : Will the Plastic ball end Tenergy for CNT?

As mentioned in my recent topic, some Chinese National Team players have changed their backhand rubber to cope with the new plastic ball. This means players such as Ma Long and Xu Xin are not using Tenergy 05 on the backhand. Could this lead to more European players moving to more Chinese type rubbers?

I expect a lot of players use Tenergy because the Chinese National team use Tenergy. Even though the CNT are not sponsored by Butterfly they still use it on the backhand. Could Europeans start moving to Chinese rubbers to and follow in the CNT's footsteps.

So why are CNT players changing to Chinese rubbers on the backhand? Does anyone have a logical answer here?
