Does anyone know what equipment he is using? As in, in wttc 2015, I looked up his equipment, and from May 2014 I read/found on a diff forum:
"He used M1 and T64 on Rosewood V, then switched to something like Tenergy on the forehand at Qatar Open. He now uses what looks to be Intensity/Intensity Carbon/Sense 7.6 with Tenergy."
Which was probably correct too, but he is clearly using at least a different blade now, and as far as I've noticed, the fh rubber is still a butterfly/Tenergy rubber?

Could anyone identify this blade, and if possible both his rubbers?

I was at first thinking Nexy Kanaph.. but it's obviously not, because the logo, and other things that does not seem right.
Reminds me a bit of the ZJK ALC blade (with the blue'ish handle) but don't think it can be that one..

I think it's the new ZJK ALC because of the color of the handle and because he used an Innerforce ALC just before.

Btw, he seems to be a bit an EJ. Since 3 years, he changed from Rosewood V to Intensity then Innerforce ALC and now this ZJK ALC. He used H3 on the FH I think and now it's T05 I think.
He's doing very well at this WTTC. I hope he can go farther tommorow for the sake of penhold !

John18 is right here. You can confirm that by the blue colored stripe on the handle.

Here another picture to verify.

Interesting, I guess it's available in China/HKG only, since C-Pen ZJK Alc is nowhere to be found on the net. Still a bit sceptic on T-05 both sides. but might be.

Butterfly offer custom blade to the public as long as you have the money. You can order a custom butterfly blade too. One reason why Butterfly is quite popular among pro players.

Care to share more information?

I was a former Butterfly reseller for South Africa, like to hear something from you that I didn't know about

Yeah, certain products is only available for certain markets.
IE in Europe, everything is via Butterfly Germany (same supplier for Africa), in America it is Butterfly NA

If Germany or NA don't stock it, then 2 major continents won't have it.

Also not to mention, the Butterfly catalogue for each region is totally different.

For example the custom ALC penhold: https://translate.google.com/transl...utterfly.co.jp/html/item/001/001/item143.html

It is only offered in Japan. However, lot of people in China manage to get their hands on one, someone on the internet is probably offering export service. For example: http://www.sundns.org/discuz/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=360122&extra=page=1
or

Custom blade is quite popular in China, some seems to think they are special. But, according to Butterfly China, the custom made blade uses the same material as normal blade they just assemble it to your spec.

Or simply it is just "a specific product for a specific market" - as per distribution policies.
To me, that is not "custom blade", as they "mass produce them"
Custom blade = manufacture 1 unit only..... which will never be the case for retail business (the mold + legal requirements will just be too expensive). But again, it is doable - but to save on legal fees, NDA's must be in place. ie with they contracted players.

This is not just Butterfly, it applies to all brands - just like you get special Stiga blades in Chinese market, and not available any where else - ie Sweden.
Same applies to Yasaka - specific rubbers for China, that even Yasaka Sweden staff didn't hear before (asked me, what is that....)

Something small is like - Butterfly NA don't stock 1.7mm rubbers, thus it is "unavailable", not because it is "non existent"

Sadly, Butterfly products with the "special market" policy + fixed for local market only policy, makes it unfriendly for consumers.

There do exist complete custom blade service by retail company. You gets to select the composition, material, thickness, blade shape, handle shape, and weight. Instead of picking out of a selection of existing composition, blade shape, handle shape and mix and match them.

Since you are familiar with table tennis in China, you probably heard of Sword. They are one of these company that do offer this level of custom blade.

Examples:
Special blade/handle shapes:

Handle color/pattern:

Common composition orders:

YinHe also offer custom blade service, but only for the composition. Blade shape and handle must be a from existing YinHe blade.

Yes, he is using ZJK ALC with both side tenergy...
I am lucky to play with him long time ago...he was using STIGA V1 with hurricane 3 on FH.

So Lucky! I haven't even played against any of the best in my country, and our best is only at 140 in the world or something.. :s
I really need to get my drivers license so I can test my skills...
