I remember watching Fang Bo beat Timo Boll in the 2011 Chinese Super League and I loved how he played. I thought he would be a top player for the CNT by now. I was sad when they sort of put him on the shelf and stopped sending him to international play shortly after that.

Glad he has reemerged and made good on the chance he earned in the China trials.

He still is a bit reckless and throws away a lot of points by making overly aggressive decisions. I think that is why they decided to develop Yan An more than him back then.

But I love watching him play.
