If you live in Europe, Eurosport broadcasts some matches of the larger international events, such as currently the China Open. You'll have to check the schedule on their website. Other than that you probably won't find live table tennis a lot on television. Most events are live streamed via ITTV (http://www.tabletennisdaily.co.uk/forum/ittfstream.php?do=ittf).

Actually, a chinese guy shared a chinese app for most the chinese channels. Whereby CCTV5 is the channel that send ping pong when aired. (you can look at the net for program I think, make sure to check the time zone you're looking at :p)
first, here is the browser live stream: http://tv.cntv.cn/live/cctv5
and here is the app for android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.elinkway.tvlive2
although it's chinese it's really simple to use, you'l understand.
if you have iph0ne (I still don't get why this is a denied word...)... well that's too bad. Joke lol, it's probably one, I just have'nt researched it, but google is your friend. :o
