What's the differences? I've never bought the commercial one, I always use the provincial (never tried national either

I'm not playing in competition so I dont mind slightly less powerful rubber for cheaper price.
currently, I dont boost my provincial, but if I buy commercial, I will boost it. Do you think boosted commercial will reach level of provincial h3?
