From mytabletennis.net there is the ex-admin, Jeff Nguyen, who is San Antonio based and around 2000 USATT in playing level. Register there and post your bat to the thread indicated, then make several posts, then you should be able to PM and make pics and vids in posts.
There is also Vanjr who is a little south of you, but goes to S.A. sometimes, he is active on mytabletennis.net and OOAK.

Thanks Der for this tip! It will be fun to measure my abilities against new players. In addition I will feeling for USATT ratings... I have no idea what is playing level in USATT scale.

Do a quick look for vids on YouTube and you'll get an idea. Next level and me play around 2000 level... look at vids of nl.
