I have a problem with my setup for a long time now and hope to find an answer here
I always asked myself : Does it make any difference if the FH rubber is lighter than the BH rubber ? or vice versa ?
I currently play with a Timo Boll Off- and it has pretty good dwell time
FH : Andro Hexer 1,9mm
BH : DHS G666 1,9mm
FH lighter than BH
I have the feeling that my forehand can hold the ball longer and FH kill is easier. High arc and good control against defensive player. But then I tried this setup
FH : Andro Hexer 1,9mm
BH : Xiom Vega Europe 1,8mm
and my dwell time on both sides droped extremly. Just because my BH is much lighter than the DHS G666 ?
I am serching a setup with the Timo Boll Off- Blade which gives me high throw and a lot of dwell time on both sides !
Any suggestions ?
