The top seed will be Chuan Chih-Yuan of Taiwan. Chuang won the Brazil Open back then in 2003 and reached the 3rd position in the world rank which is his highest career rank to date. Will he be able to get back into his former glory? Time will tell!

Mens Draw

1) Chuang Chih-Yuan (TPE)
2) Liu Song (ARG)
3) Gustavo Tsuboi (BRA)
4) Yannick Vostes (BEL)

Lots of young talents will compete in this Pro Tour. Even though the current rank in the seeds seems unbalanced, upsets by the young players could surprise everyone !

I'm backing Hirano to win the womens and of course Chuang to win the mens there isn't really any competition for him there.

Chuang Chih Yuan has no competion and I hope Kasumi to win in women. Unfortunately, this year the pro tour has just few top players playing.

I am so sad that you so much forget about the women part!
Who from you saw the final???
Kasumi Ishikawa vs. Sun Ae Yoon??
And what a great final was that!
Again - attack vs. defense!
Great match, went to 7 games, really awesome!

And I must say, I LOVE KASUMIII!!!

She plays so great and .. even if she is 18 years old, she is pretty mature player!

You gotta see it!
