Funny, to me the handle and the label on the handle make it look like a recreational paddle. :) I can see the layers of Arylate Carbon on the sides so I know it is not a recreation blade, but, to me how it looks is a little funny. I wonder how similar it is to a Viscaria.

It probably plays very fast similar to the Timo boll ALC

Zhang Jike was using a Viscaria and there must be a reason he was not using any of the Timo Boll blades. A Viscaria is actually rated as faster than the Timo Boll ALC. So I wonder how close it feels to the Viscaria or if it feels completely different.

Yeah i am wondering the same thing, but i dont think butterflys ratings on blades are accurate.

A friend of mine just came back from China. He uses a Viscaria blade. He said he got to try the Zhang Jike blade. He said it was the Viscaria. I honestly do not know if he actually knows, but that is what he said. :) My friend also said it was expensive but he did not say how much.

It kind of reminds me of the BTY RSM Blade.

Nice blade but I think it's Viscaria in disguise. You won't find it in Butterfly 2011 catalogue.
