Did they anywhere, straight forward say that "Xu Xin will not play Rio OL singles" ?
Was that shoulder injury the excuse of why he lost against CCY, or an indication he wont play in Rio BECAUSE of it?

And? ZJK has lost to Ovtcharov and Fegerl in the past few months as well and also against Xu Xin. I would say that FZD deserves the second spot based purely on results.
The vid said XX will most likely play in the team event with ZJK highly likely to play in singles because of the possibility of his second grand slam as well as being the only player in the current team to play in singles in 2012. As for XX's injuries, it merely said the LGL has acknowledged that he had an injury which affected his play and will not decrease XX's chance of being selected for Rio.
