Awesome forehand but what is up with the moan and "hop"?

the sound he makes helps him re-cycle his breathing. Many players forget to breath when they play multiple shots and this has an impact on their stamina during a rally and match. Its the same with boxing with many boxers expelling air from their lungs when they throw a punch by making a noise.
