Spinner Backhand Rubber

Hey! I am looking for a new backhand rubber. I have a somewhat controlled looping game with lots of spin. I am looking for a rubber with more spin than I have currently (IQUL), but still with a lot of control. Also, something not too expensive. Should I go for a tackier chinese style rubber, or a euro type rubber? what are the benefits of each?

Dawei 2008 XP Super Power. ive been using this pretty cheap rubber on forehand of a Defplay and also as backhand on a P500. I got really surprised by its spin capability and also awesome grip. Its a spinnier and faster Sriver. Just dont flat hit that much, sometimes it is unpredictable when hiting

Vega europe, not so fast close to table but pretty fast back from the table. Pretty cheap, very controlable, spinny too
