I challenged Par to see how many serves I could return out of 10!

Sorry. I could not resist the word order correction to the title:

"Win a signed STIGA Carbonado 190 by Par Gerell!"

Word order should be:

"Win a STIGA Carbonado 190 signed by Par Gerell!"

From a technical standpoint, the word order of the title indicates that Par Garell is the maker of the blade:

"Stiga Carbonado by Par Garell."

And it does not indicate who actually signed the blade:

"Win a signed Stiga Carbonado."

However, by moving the word "signed" from before "Carbonado" to after (and before "by Par Gerell") the sentence has the intended meaning.

Once again:

"Win a STIGA Carbonado 190 signed by Par Gerell!"

Any amateur that has tried to return pro player's serves especially from pros that are good at serving knows Carl is just being polite and doesn't want to win the comp...

It is not easy to guess. If Dan just wanted to receive it passive and does not matter how high ball goes then it should be like 8 maybe even 9. But if Dan wanted to receive like a pro, then it could be even 1 or 2.
So I think Dan did it aggressive way.
