Hello good people. Hope you all are well. This year's WTTC was great. As a host, Germany done a great job. Congratulations MA LONG & DING NING for being the World champion once again.

Everytime when I come here, I learn something new. You guys are really awesome. Last week, I admitted into gym. I want to build muscles stronger to improve my game. Today I come here to get help from you to make a routine of Physical Exercises.

Here is my description.
I'm 20 years old. Height 5'7'' & Weight 73kg. Started playing Table tennis for 1 year 3 months ago.

I already learned >

*Forehand Drive ☑
*Forehand TopSpin ☑
*Forehand Loop ☑
*Backhand Drive ☑
*Backhand TopSpin ☒
*Backhand Loop ☒
*Forehand Flick ☒
*Backhand Flick ☒

My blade is Butterfly Boll Allround. In Forehand, Xiom Zeta Asia & in backhand, Stiga Innovo.

Now I want to make a off table exercise chart for first 4 weeks. It will be great for me if you consider me as a beginner and make a list of exercises & give your valuable opinion in this topic. Please also share your experience too :) .
