Hi everyone
I've been using a 5 ply allwood since my start in table tennis. First primorac off- for 2 years and 6 months with offensive s.
That help me a lot to learn the basics but I was missing something. So I ordered a dhs PG7 because it's to cheep and have a lot of positive reviews.
The first thing I notice was the stiffness of the blade making a more solid feel. The blade generate a lot of more power I didn't expect that because still a allwood blade.
I found easier to generate a sinn in server but the touch game is more "furious". Hard to stay short the chops
I found easier to loop against backspin and staying in a rally especially the backhand.
I'm amazed with that blade it's seems better in all aspects of the game but I recognise using 5 ply allwood in 2.5 years help me a lot to learn how generate power and spin
And now some pictures of the blade
The handle was comfortable I didn't feel it's too thin (like a lot of reviews say). Blade is well finished but the wood appear to be worse quality than for example butterfly.
And thanks Carl! You always say that a heavier blade have a better feeling so I ordered one of the heaviest they have and feel great.
The weight is very balanced and I'm in love with this blade
