Hi all
At Megaspin we are looking for a table tennis player to fill a customer service role so we thought some of you might be interested.
- The candidate would be able to work from anywhere as long as he/she is able to work during US east coast or west coast business hours
- This is a part-time position (~4 hrs/day) but may eventually be extended to a full time role.
Requirements:
- Be a proficient English speaker
- Be passionate about helping others
- Have excellent email communication skills
- Have 1-year+ experience in customer service
- Have a proactive attitude to solving problems

Just want to say that I'm very happy with Megaspin's current customer support. Usually replies within the hour, and for the few times I needed to contact them, it's all been really pleasant. Also I want to add that, if you buy Butterfly products from Megaspin, it ships faster than buying from Butterfly (https://shop.butterflyonline.com (https://shop.butterflyonline.com/)), there were a few times I had to wait for over a week for Butterfly to ship the product, while Megaspin always ships out the products the day I order, or next day if it's after hours. The products do ship out from Butterfly's warehouse, or should I say Bowmar Sports, so I'm not sure what is going on with Butterfly U.S..
