Hi guys,
tonight I woke up with a very bad shoulder/neck pain. (I am infected with calici virus too, so couldn't sleep well)
I don't know what might cause it and what should I do. I did all these tests in the video below, but I was negative to all of them.
I tried icing, massage, some gentle moving and streching, nothing helps. The pain is the strongest when I lie down. Otherwise the pain doesn't change, not even from moving my arm or head. Anyone has an idea what should I do now?

If the problem still is present in a day or two you should go to an orthopedic doctor.

If the pain is bad, you may consider doing it today.

The one thing to understand is that the cervical spin (vertebrae in the neck region) is important. If there is a real problem, waiting or asking for advice from people over the internet who cannot do tests and assess what is going on does not make too much sense.

Someone with the tools and training to test and assess what is wrong with your neck IN PERSON makes much more sense.

If I asked someone to help me improve my FH loop and gave no info and no footage about my FH loop, I would get a lot of conflicting info. I would also get a lot of info that was good for someone else's loop. But maybe not mine. I would even get a lot of bad info that was not good for my loop or anyone else's.

Your neck is more important than my loop. Get a valid diagnosis from a qualified medical practitioner.

I quite liked some of your posts recently, Carl - and this for sure is no exception.

The voice of reason has spoken here.

A forum is nice to ask for information on rubbers, blades and other stuff. Sometimes even experts answer, although there are few.

For medical problems, make sure you go see an expert. Please.

Thank goodness, the pain is gone. It might have been a pinched nerve, because it disappeared as sudden as it came when I finally found a good position.
I would go to a doctor, but without a referral it would take a lot of time and tripping without a guarantee that a specialist would see it within a week, so I've decided to wait one or two day.

Take heed to USDCarl's advice here. I understand your symptoms have vanished overnight, but even so…

I'm speaking from experience here; my neck's got a herniated disk. It's asymptomatic (more or less) now, but when it was bad it was really, really bad. At the time a lot of well-willing people gave unsollicited advice — recommending massage, chiropractice, osteopathy, and so on. I'm glad I went to see a physician instead, who referred me to a specialist.

The specialist was highly alarmed by some of the advices given to me; self-doctoring and jumping into ill-adviced treatment might have resulted in paralysis or a severely shortened lifespan for me.

Just say no to self-doctoring. Get a valid diagnosis from a bona fide, qualified, trained professional unless you're very, very sure the issue was intermittent and really, really gone.

Ok, I will see a doctor sometime. Just for being accurate: it vanished during the day when I tried to find a comfortable position for a little rest. I've found it, didn't feel any pain and when I moved a little again (I wanted to drink a little) I noticed that the pain is completely gone.

In case you feel stress or pain in the shoulder part of your body, then the shoulder massager considered to be the best option. These type of massager enhance the temperature of the muscles with the increase in the flow of blood. They are recognized to be electronic devices which are known to vibrate as well as massage the areas of pain. You do not require contacting any physiotherapist for the purpose.

Benefits of the massagers :
1. Reduction of stress
2. Relaxing
3. Promotion of muscle relaxation
4. Lowering the blood pressure
5. Improvement in the posture

Following are some of the best body massagers :
1. NURSAL Handheld Deep Percussion Massager
2. Maxkare Neck and back massager
3. Shaft Brands Shiatsu back neck and shoulder massager

Are you a real person and did you not realize that this was a long time ago? I see you edited your post and most bots do not do that.
