Hi,

I am looking for some cheap balls for a multiball training (~ 200 balls I would say). I used to buy 3 star DHS celluloid balls from Aliexpress. They seemed qenuine, the quality was good and the price was very good. Can't find the same seller now and I think its time to switch to poly. Also I'd like 3 stars, cause lesser balls (at least the ones I tried) were quite soft, so no that "crisp" feeling that you get from a quality balls. Also as these will be used for practice, so no Nittaku please :)

Any advice or links?

It is difficult with training balls. Do not buy the cheapest. Feel that slog cheap plastic balls are egg shaped.

Hi, even though the Sanwei 1 star training balls are only 1 star they are actually quite hard and not flimsy. They feel really similar to the DHS D40+ they are only about 30 dollars per 100 of them. They also come in box of 6 so you can test them if you like them or not.

Sanwei Gold 40+ ABS 3-star plastic balls from Aliexpress. Around $40 for 60 pcs. I am quite happy with those for training and use them together with DHS D40+ 3-star balls. I believe it is the same ball, just different branding.

You can get better, 3 star balls, from official Double Fish store from aliexpress, see https://www.aliexpress.com/store/pr...s-ABS-Ping-pong-Ball/3569003_32852897583.html and https://www.aliexpress.com/store/pr...S-seam-ITTF-Approved/3569003_32855780226.html

I like these balls DF 3* v40+ balls, I cannot distinquish them from DHS D40+ 3* balls, maybe made in the same factory?

the op asked for training balls, so if cost was/is the issue then the OP could also purchase the 1 star balls that are cheaper still. I suggested the 2 star balls because of the review :)

you can get the 3* but they are more expensive from your links. Also bear in mind that if you buy from AliExpress into EU you may also have to pay charges at customs :)
