We've got a a promising young player at the club with a fantastic technique and feel for the ball. He can do anything with anything, and he likes to experiment.
One of the things he likes to try is penhold play, and he's held a Jpen blade once. These things are very uncommon over here; furthermore, there's this tradition of penhold players using Hinoki blades. To aggrevate things, he also has had a run-in with blades with reduced head size. And not much money to send…
So, this is a fool's errand. I'm looking for a (new or used) Hinoki blade with a small head size and Jpen grip that's also affordable. Does such a beast exist, if so, any pointers?
