I formulated my own Water Base Glue....
Glue and Spin

Uploaded in Youtube Glue and Spin playlist (http://www.youtube.com/user/sugengsugih#p/c/53362FEAD91AA000)

I've tried it on my Neo H3P and Joola Express2...
Some of my friend from Indonesia tried it on other latest generation sponge (BTY Tenergy, Xiom Omega IV) it went well and perform really good...

On the video, blade HK with LKT ProXT rubber...

Easy to Apply

What it looks like when it dry

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=piks96E71ro

Easy Removal

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggnwH_9tBn8

Upon removal, all glue stick to the sponge, none at the blade...
Only need to remove the glue from the sponge, and its so easy.

Please give your comment...

Wow looks incredible! I wonder if it is detected on the ITTF VOC machines?

Depends on the type of glue I think.

Indonesian chemist  Always cool and innovative as ever !
Mantap mas !

I love how the water based glue sticks to the sponge not to the water-sensitive wood.
This is excellence !

Pak saya mau beli boleh ga ;)

I'm a Math and Science teacher, which fortunately have my a younger sister (chemical engineer) working at chemical supplier... From her experience and suggestions, I end up trying several materials to formulate my own glue...

I don't like what's already in market... Some were hardly removed from the sponge and ruin the sponge....

Actually I sell it locally in Indonesia, I dont know whether its feasible for market out side my country.

763

I have it in bottle of 30ml at US$4 each and 10ml at US$2.5 each, both price exclude delivery cost.

So far I've sell it to US and Vietnam... Looking forward from other countries.

You could PM or email me if you are interested ... GlueAndSpin[at]gmail

I don't know, since I don't have access to ITTF VOC detector machine.
But this glue is water base glue, and I don't put VOC-kind of solvent.

You can buy the same stuff in bulk for the same prices as the name brands. Google Tear Mender. It's uber cheap for 16 oz compared to other companies that sell for the same price for 60 ml. I think it's still around 10 bucks for the larger bottles.

I couldn't stop laughing from the way Yosua said he's 17, asking Sugengz to stop calling him sir. hahahaha It's ironic coz Sugengz is a teacher. And there you go...his sister is a chemical engineer!!! Yup Carl, it does look good.

Haha we actually met one week ago at a sport club.
At first we meet because we are greeting a MyTT forum member to Indonesia.

After talking for quite some time together it turns out that I am meeting the maker of Glue and Spin WBG.
Seeing the awesome result one week prior to meeting (Sir peter79 gluing), I bought a 100ml glue right away for Rp. 75000 (equivalent to less than 8 USD).
Sir Sugengz even give me 2 more sponge applicator as a bonus. Very nice of him.

Used it yesterday and it was the best water based glue EVER.
The application is easy, drying is easy, bonds powerful, removal is very easy and no damage to both blade and rubber.

+1 for this awesome glue and here is a bump for the awesome product :)
