Frictionless pips trick

I heard that if you put hairspray in pips and then you put cornstrach, the pips become frictionless. Is this true? The pimples became white?

don't know about the pips but I imagine the ball and eventually your opponent's racket accumulating the starch and him being not so happy about it.

I would not put anything on the pips. The play characteristic will change as what ever you put on the pips wears off. Usually the biggest problem is that the wear in uneven and this will cause inconsistent returns which are more of a problem for the LP player than the opponent.

Put the LPs in the back window of your car and let the sun age them. I did that once with 755 0X. The pips are ready when you can just smell the rubber. If you wait too long the pips will become brittle. The brittle pips will have great spin reversal but the pips will break off too easily.
