Does this mean that O7 Asia is only 45 degrees? Not what I expected at all.

They are not sure yet. I asked somebody from Xiom and they said they are doing some improvements on the rubber designs.

According to the catalog, yes it is.

Oh I see. My references were Japanese distributors of Xiom and its catalog.

Maybe that's why they are releasing Asia and Tour later than Pro and Euro.

JOOLA Maya

Yaya(=white wenge?) surface, 5ply pure wood blade

JOOLA Amethyst

Bird's eye maple surface, 5+2 outer carbon(Kevlar) blade

It seems these blades will be sold only in China, like JOOLA K3 Turbo.

Can anyone translate the Chinese text in the pictures?

Both interesting. Looks like the Maya has a slightly larger head. Do you know if yaya is soft or stiff?

According to a Chinese TT forum, Yaya wood is slightly softer than Wenge so I guess this Maya will be a controllable hardwood blade.

2018 seems to be the year very good ESN rubbers will compete. the Z1 bluestorm, Omega vii pro and Rhyzers are all very good and impressive so far. They are a class above the Rasanters with each specific characteristics.
