Personally, I have used MX-P with both all wood and composite. So the answer is BOTH. More specifically, I found MX-P to play better over a blade with moderate flex.

Exactly. You need to provide more background info: your level, years played, how often you play, style, previous setups, needs... For reference, I've played with MX-P on many different composite blades, but I just switched back to all-wood because it's what I need right now for my game to improve and also what I happen to enjoy more currently. Besides there are so many types of composites and wood blades that even one or the other won't narrow it down enough.
