It is amazing just how much manual human effort is involved in making rubbers. No wonder sometimes you buy a new rubber sheet of the same make as your old one and it just does not play the same at all.
I'd like to see ESN in comparison, with the kinds of volumes they make I'd expect more automation and mixing up way more material at once than this. At the same time, seeing this video makes rubber prices ever so slightly more palatable.
