Hey guys do any of you know what rubbers Ma long uses?
I know he uses TBS blade but just curious as to how he has such powerful strokes.
thanks =)

I think he uses Tenergy 64 for his backhand.

His powerful stroke comes from his technique. His racket is close to pretty much what the rest of the China men's team uses...mid fast type blades with DHS on front and Tenergy on back.

DHS H3 Neo is what I've heard, though he doesn't use the blue sponge version.

does it mean if I use the same racket Roger Federer play with, I can rule in tennis court ?

You have to practice it like there's no tomorrow, until every stroke & angle feels like breathing, then maybe the rubber will matter

the chinesse players balls are so fast because of the gluing.they first put five layers of glue then one layer of tuner.thats why they have so fast rackets,and they have very fast swings

Isn't there a thread that has a list of the equipment that many of the top players are using.

Boosting is indeed against international rules, but most of the top players are probably doing it. I cannot tell you how many times I have seen a top player who keeps trying to press his rubbers onto his racket during a tournament.
