Old tsp blade

Dear all,
Would like to ask if any expert can tell me the make of this old tsp shakehand blade?or year of production?It is a 5ply wood blade with a red metal tsp logo.Thanks

I can't tell anything about the year but the top ply looks like maple which may help you find out more!

The initial green topsheet rubbers were extremely sturdy and adherent to the top plywood
