Maybe controlled topspin a bit away from the table. I think a soft blade Will have high trajectory with suits a game far from the table. Soft rubber Will give the player good feel and hold the ball longer which give good control.

I see this only for a player with strokes that are relatively weak who needs extra forgiveness to keep ball on table using a weak offensive shot.

I used such a blade when I first started out recreationally in TT.
Blade was Joola Tony Hold White Spot... which is an extra large DEF MINUS blade very soft and SLOW... they don't make 'em any slower.
Rubber was Sriver FX... they don't make 'em any softer for control than that...
That is what I learned to FH and BH loop with when I started out. It doesn't get much more forgiving for offensive shots than such a combo.
