While I am not aware of any big brand that has such a blade in its portfolio, there are some people who custom build it for interested fellas. There is an interesting thread on mytt by robin, who, if i'm not mistaken, is also a member here on ttd, regarding custom build blades that resemble the one you're thinking of (including the handle caps of well-known blades) ...

PP (ProPro by Coach Hsu in Taiwan) makes an interesting 7-ply blade called Zeus II, which has a composition of Koto + ZLC + Ayous+ Sycamore + Ayous + ALC+ Anigre, so it has different properties for FH and BH.
