Misaligned rubber cut

Hi guys,

Just received a brand new Xiom Omega VII Pro, max, and the black sheet came really poorly cut from factory. Never happened to me before. Not a big deal, obviously, simply an aesthetic matter. But was wandering if any of you guys have come across a similar rubber or if this could indicate a counterfeit rubber.

What you guys think?

Never happened to me.
Of course its bad and not aesthetic.
My advice is to return it for replacement.
Take some better pictures and send them to Xiom central.
They have to tighten the QC.

Langel is right Return it for replacement but first send them some pictures ( DON'T CUT IT ) and
ask them what to do in this case, i bet they will send you another rubber and you will keep them both

Yeah return it. You can also cut the bottom part since there is enough space to make equal.

Xiom is a top brand and any deviation from the expected quality should be sanctioned.
We pay 50 usd for a sheet, not for sh*t.

How did that even happen? I thought they used a square cutter.

That does not look right... and I've never seen anything like this. Return it.
