After realizing how important head and upper body play a huge role in balance. Ive started to hit all my forehand a certain way. Ive been using my head to kinda plant towards the racket side and towards the ball. This tells me to initiate the forward swing. My feet is there to keep my wide upper body balanced mainly so it can be planted using my big head at a moments notice. Not used as much for rotation anymore, since everything is much more squared and back forward. My backhand suddenly feels unnatural after the level up on the forehand.

The subtleties of this sport are near endless. This is an interesting topic and I've also found that it also helps me to use my head, free arm and basically all my body for improved balance. For backhand I think I lean my head forward to begin, then my head comes up with the swing. At least on backhand loop. For backhand smash or push I think my head sort of follows the stroke. I'll start to look more closely at this now :)
