New 2019 DHS D40+ ?

Are these new ones (with new packaging and all) any different from the normal D40+ ? they are almost twice as expensive.
Im aware New batches are generally better. Im asking if theres any specific or significant changes. or just slight rebranding ?

Zeio, what's the difference between those and the "regular" D40+? I mean except for the Tour stamp.

On that DHS page, they claim those Tour balls have tighter(spec), are rounder, bouncier, and more durable.

really? I cant find the tour balls on their page just the 3/2/1 star version of original D40+

Ok, I've ordered a couple of boxes so I'll find out soon enough. Price is still good.
