Different thickness rubbers in different sides of the blade

Hi
Is it legal to have rubbers of different thicknesses on different sides of the blade? For example could I have a 2.0 on the forehand and a 1.2/1.5 on the backhand.
If it is legal is it a good idea.

Yeah, its legal to have different sponge thiknesses on different sides of the blade. The most players who are using different sponge thiknesses are forehand domiant players. They are using a thicker sponge on the fh for more power and spin. On the bh side they are using a thinner sponge for mostly blocking and chopping.
