Boosting hurricane 3 neo damages the spin

Hi guys,
I recently bought Hurricane 3 neo rubber national version and dianchi oil booster. I put 3 layers of dianchi water glue and then 4 layers of dianchi oil booster and then 1 more layer of glue. All good up to the point where I started playing. Everything was good but it felt like it doesn't have the amount of spin that it had before I boosted it, not that I tried it before that but still it didn't feel like a Chinese rubber's spin and it's not the first time it happens to me. I have a friend with the same rubber but he boosted with Falco and the spin is amazing. So is there a chance that dianchi is bad for the rubber's spin or it's just how it came from the manufacturer.

So much glue mixed with so much booster...I expect the problem is the layer of "goo" more than anything else.

Next time, boost on bare sponge or just a thin layer of glue (to avoid gooification). Add another layer after the first is "completely" dry.
