How do these two blades compare?

Would h301 go well with globe 999 national blue sponge on fh and yasaka mark v 2.0 mm on bh?

or hl5

Thanks..

Haven’t used the HL5. Used the 301 for a year before switching to the PG7 back in May... Using Chinese rubber on the 301 was super stiff on FH, and you need a very good snap and brush with the 301 to execute a good loop. (Many FH loops went long). Hard to generate adequate spin with the 301 as I didn’t think there was enough dwell time.

That is because the top layer of 301 is a stiff wood

First we need to know your level before judging which one you should buy.
