TCU Digital spent 2 days at our club filming & interviewing our players and coaches. In the next couple of weeks they will put online a short film showing off our club. The filmmakers chose to shoot hand held and close up as a departure from the usual distant, static shots we see all the time. We all know that Table tennis has a hard time showing the general public how fast, intense and intelligent it is. With these videos we hope to send the message across that TT is a grossly under rated sport that is more alive than the public realise. Footage shot using Canon 550D camera's set at 60 fps 720x1280 HD and edited using Adobe Premiere and After Effects. This is just a teaser, the real thing is still to come.

A rally during the match between Chris and Richie Main. Particular attention being paid to the pace and movement of the play. It shows how quickly the play switches between each player and how little time they have to react.

Inspiring stuff, from humble beginnings to a good size TT club in 10 years, takes a lot of dedication and hard work. You guys have done something really extraordinary by getting the community together and getting the kids in the game. Huge effort, but I bet it's worth all the time, pain and sweat.
I like seeing the older players spending their time coaching the kids. We should never be stingy of our knowledge, the kids may learn from us, but we can definitely learn a lot from them.

Keep it up lads!!!!:)
