I was hoping for a little more detail in the video. Feeling rather pittyful if I see these people working at high intensity for hours and hours doing the same thing all over again...

But yeah, this is a typical working condition in all manufacturing plan in all around the world.
Well, it just surprise that one hinoki blade requires at least one to three years for manufacture from a raw material

Very nice video and hope one day I visit the factory. Not many people get a chance to see the actual process.
