I'm a penhold player, I'm using chinese penhold right now. I'm thinking of switching to jpen, I want to have inverted rubbers on both sides of the racket so I can use rpb but I'm worried that there won't be even weight distribution from the tip of the handle to the head of the racket. If I use a jpen with inverted rubber on both sides, would the racket be head heavy?

Actually the weight about be about the similar as the Cpen with two rubber on it, or a little less. Just avoid those 10mm+ one ply blades. I have a few friend with rubber on both side, the weight is about right. One is using yasaka magna and another one using mark V.
