Heaps of players, especially the professional ones, re-glue their rubbers depending on if it's for training purposes or even a few days before a competition. I believe Xu Xin said that himself in a STIGA video:

I said re-use not re-glue
and Xu Xin basically got a new blade while at getting new rubbers, look how new the blade is.

What do you mean by 're-use' then?
And nono, don't look at the video, he said he re-glues his rubber 7-10 times or something.
