I got it from palio but i think they are not the manufacturer
no box and not for sell at this time , just give to some player to try and report to them

I bought a pack of Palio 3 star balls from www.eacheng.net (http://www.eacheng.net/). They are seamless. As others have noticed, they sound quite different. They also weigh more than regular balls and some are not as round as they should be. Right now, the quality is more 1 star than 3 star.
