I had mizuno shoes for three times. Each pair only lasted for ca half a year. Maybe because I train 4-5 times a week but this is not really long though! The sole was worn-out at the location of my pad and the big toe. Now I have asics and I love them. After 5 months noch wear phenomenon

I wear asics shoes as well. My Onitsuka Tigers maintain great grip and aren't big and floppy or heavy either.

I have used Mizuno Wave for 2 years, and it is still considerably in good shape. Feel a bit sturdy at first, but nice and comfy after a while
