Point of contact, Lunge, Follow Through.

Point of contact:
You need to strike the ball with a closed paddle in front of your body. Hit the ball early.

Lunge:
You want to strike the ball with a closed paddle, therefore you must have a high approach

Follow Through:
With your follow through, stay at a hitting level. Then as quickly as possible prepare yourself for the hit

then during the next part with the left handed player, they repeat the same information.

The ball must be properly struck on the side. Using a backhand grip will help to achieve this


Lunge:
Lunge forward with your paddle behind your body, that way you can strike through the ball with a circular arm movement.


Follow Through:
During your follow through, your paddle should move towards your left shoulder

Target:
You must strike the ball early during its period of ascent.

Point of contact:
Relax your grip, then after you identify the spin, open your paddle. Your elbow is at your side, at table height. Then with your forearm and wrist you can perfectly follow through.
