Here's an interesting video guys, Timo Boll at the age of 17 made his senior international debut for the German National Team against France!

So what do you think? How has Boll changed in 15 years since his debut.

I see the biggest change is in his serve (developing a reverse pendulum serve, so he gets more third ball forehand attack opportunities), as pointed out earlier and also in his spin generation and placement of topspin. I feel that incorporating these changes is no easy task and he has worked like a machine to get these skills. One more subtle observation is that he has developed his sense of calm, which I feel is his biggest asset compared to other players and shows how much more mature he really is.

Timo has changed/improved a lot since his deput.
Besides the basic service, fh, bh improvement, his footwork has improved a lot.
Also Timo during his deput has a more European style of play, now he is half Chinese, half European style. I believe this is because of the improved footwork.
