Okay guys, so we have all heard of the impossible shots played in training, but heres one caught on camera! ...

Have you ever done this,,, can someone explain how it didnt bounce?

This is a pretty sick one cus je does it just off the floor, I've done a no bounce similar to this maybe a couple of times not as good tho, i think it is possible because it is where the ball must have reached its top of the bounce exzactly level with the top surface of the table, and as the ball is drooping it just rolls onto the table, the spin must be relatively important too because if it was backspin it would surely have to bounce a little whereas topspin would make it roll.

Lol good one myles. Yea that's my theory too, would have to be at the absolute top of the bounce as it hit the table so the momentum of the top spin carried it forward across the table instead of downwards which would cause the ball to bounce. Some pretty incredible physics there!

Simply perfect amount of force. He hit it just hard enough that the peak of the trajectory was just above the table, therefore, no falling speed results in it rolling like it did on the table. Pretty cool and rare though!
