Any good ideas for a table tennis workout routine

Hey guys, do you have any ideas of a complete table tennis workout routine? I have no idea, so that's why i'm asking you guys.

Perhaps start with a stretch, then do an extended warmup, and then practice long loops, then play points without serves, then with serves, and then play a game? If you are with a coach maybe you can do multiball.

Hey Pingpongin' are you talking about a table tennis training session or table tennis fitness per se in the gym?
