Tacky rubber with best speed glue effect built-in

The one I've been able to find is Giant Dragon TopEnergy but does the speed glue effect Rival manual work or Euro rubbers? Where could I buy it?

Sid, get a 999 or 729FX topsheet from colestt.com and ask him to glue it to an Air sponge. That joker will brush loop all day for you with control. if you want to amp it up, you know what to do.
